DELIVERY INFORMATION:
SHIPPING POLICY: Customers on placing the orders over phone will get a value to be credited and once the value transferred to the below mentioned account, ordered products would be dispatched. Rs.60.00 per transaction is to be deposited in extra, in case the payment is not being transferred to our account but deposited directly in the branch, as the bank would deduct Rs.60.00 towards intercity charges from our end.

We have quite a few preferences to ship the ordered products like Blue Dart Couriers, DTDC Couriers, ST Couriers, Professional Couriers, Speed Post, ABT Parcel Service etc., among which the customer could notify their choice to us. If the customer’s preference on shipping is not available for one or other reason, we ship with the next better alternative courier service, from whom, either the consignment could be delivered or the customer need to pick it up from the nearest courier office on intimation.
We ship the products on the same day, as we receive payment from the customer. We will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery by the courier service or postal authorities.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not offer refunds on orders if the received products are defective. In case of received products are damaged or defected means please inform to our Customer Service through email or mobile. We check the same, if found any defects or damage at our end, we offer refund on order and intimate hereby that we do not take responsible for shipping and transaction charges. Buyers are requested to report within 2 days of receipt of the product in case of damage.
